Jörg Krebber
- 1947 Born in Munich Germany.

- 1967:Engineering studies halted as a result of acute Hepatitis.Four months quarantine in the tropical institute Hamburg.
- 1972:After the third case of Hepatitis, declared incurable.(Morbus Crohn and Hepatitis A, B and C, also thyroid operation, enlarged spleen, asthma, Hay-fever, heart defect). Journeys to India, Nepal and Japan.
- Healed through the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
- 1973 - 1983 : Medicine studies in a Japanese Zen monastery, studies of Herbal medicine and Acupuncture in Hong Kong.
- Main studies in India ( Indian Ayurveda) and in a Tibetan monastery in Nepal: Face Hands and Feet with body diagnosis, Acupuncture, Shihatsu as well as nutritional teachings after the universal principle of Ying and Yang.
- Regular stops in New Dehli, Ladakh and Kashmir (Himalayas): intensive Yoga education and studies in Islamish and Sufi healing methods.
- 1983: Return to Hamburg and intense studies of the Western nutritional culture(2 years).
- The development of the synthesis of Eastern and Western dietetics.
- 1984: Invitation and first seminar in Hamburg with the Fransiscan monks on the theme of "Food is Medicine- The Acid/Base Balance and Cancer".
- Since then, a few hundred lectures worldwide.
